❖ ​Minimum Qualifications

  • Native-like English proficiency required.

Hiring may be contingent upon English proficiency assessment

  • More than 3 years of classroom teaching experience to adults in a university,

institution or corporate setting

  • More than 1 year of curriculum work Experience


* Portfolio submission is mandatory

- The portfolio must center on projects personally undertaken,

with a clear description of roles and responsibilities.

- During the interview, candidates will deliver a presentation (within 10 minutes)

based on the submitted portfolio, followed by a Q&A session.



❖ Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in TESOL or Applied Linguistics
  • Business English Teaching Experience
  • Experience developing ESP and EFL materials
  • Overseas living Experience
  • Familiarity with using technology for language Teaching



❖ Instructor Responsibilities

The primary role of a curriculum developer and instructor will be to create new activities,

revamp and update existing course packets, and facilitate trainee-centered learning at all proficiency

levels in our English for Specific Purposes program. Instructors will utilize interactive teaching tools,

provide continuous feedback to trainees, and administer class assessments.

They will also foster multicultural awareness, participate in program-wide activities,

and work as part of a collaborative team. In addition, once trained and normed with existing raters,

instructors will take on the responsibility of administering and rating the Samsung Speaking Test (SST)

as part of our internal evaluation process.


Additional Details:

  • Work on-site Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm.
  • Take on the responsibility of administering and rating the Samsung Speaking Test (SST)
  • Teach up to 25 hours/week
  • Develop and edit teaching materials.
  • Assist with special projects at the discretion of management.
